S3904, Davies - (868), ESC - (3004 (1302)). Victoria 1854 over 1 second young head shilling. The underlying digit is not completely clear. The shape is inconsistent with 4 over higher 4 as listed in ESC. Spink list 4 over 1 and this is more compelling, but this not listed by Davies or Bull. Extremely rare, whatever.
