S3904, Davies 881, ESC 3018 (1308). Victoria 1860 second young head shilling. ESC lists one type of 1860 shilling with B over C or G and second R over B in BRITANNIAR with no mention of a normal obverse - surely an omission, as there is no trace of underlying letters.

Struck from a flawed obverse die with multiple scratches to the reverse.
